Founder's Story
My journey into product strategy began over a decade ago when I discovered my passion for solving complex problems and creating products that truly resonate with users.
After years of leading product teams at both startups and enterprise companies, I noticed a pattern: organizations often struggle not from a lack of talent or ideas, but from a lack of clear direction and strategic alignment.
I founded Cairn Consulting with a mission to help product teams navigate the complex terrain of product development. Just as cairns guide hikers on mountain trails, I believe the right strategic guidance can help teams find their path to building exceptional products.
